CD19 Rituximab

Description
This protocol provides the client with a CD19 and CD20 B panel for the monitoring of rituximab treatment.
Clinical details
Rituximab is a chimeric anti-human monoclonal antibody that reacts with the CD20 antigen and is used to treat B cell lymphoma in the adult. It is also used to treat moderate-to-severe forms of Rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases involving the immune system.
