- Flow cytometry analysing IgG binding to recipient T and B lymphocytes from peripheral blood
- Clinical details
- This test is used to gauge the amount of donor specific antibody present. It allows assessment of whether the antibody may be removed to allow transplantation. If antibody removal is feasible recipient serum samples pre and post a 3litre plasma-exchange procedure will allow assessment of the number of Pex required for removal to allow transplantation.
