SYNLAB UK&I achieves Silver in Onvero’s 2026 TIDE benchmarking

SYNLAB UK&I is proud to share that we have achieved Silver in Onvero’s 2026 Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) benchmarking.

TIDE is an external benchmarking framework which looks at how organisations approach inclusion across areas including leadership, recruitment, employee voice, wellbeing and belonging.

Lauren Crawford, Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at SYNLAB UK&I, said:

“Over the past two years, we’ve put a huge amount of work into strengthening the foundations for inclusion across SYNLAB by improving policies and processes, developing our DEI Champions network, strengthening colleague voice and becoming much more evidence-led in how we understand people’s experiences at work.

“It is brilliant to have that progress recognised externally, but for me, Silver isn’t the end point. We’ve built much stronger foundations; the next step is making sure they’re really embedded and translate into people’s everyday experience across the organisation.”
