Everyone working at SYNLAB is passionate about our values and that’s because hundreds of our colleagues across the organisation created them together.
They are relevant to everyone across our services and define who we are, how we behave and how we work. They represent the way we wish to be treated by each other, as well as setting out the approach that our service users and partners can expect from us.
