SYNLAB UK & Ireland:

Our Values

Our Values

Everyone working at SYNLAB is passionate about our values and that’s because hundreds of our colleagues across the organisation created them together.

They are relevant to everyone across our services and define who we are, how we behave and how we work. They represent the way we wish to be treated by each other, as well as setting out the approach that our service users and partners can expect from us.

Customer-Centred

Everything we do is based on the needs of our customers and service users, whether they are patients, clinicians, organisations or other consumers. We always aim to provide an outstanding service.

Excellence

We strive for excellence in all we do and are committed to ensuring consistently high-quality services for our customers. We recognise that diversity is a strength and we seek to create an inclusive workplace so that everyone can thrive.

Innovation and Improvement

Working collaboratively, we actively seek ways to advance clinical and operational practice, and to improve upon what we do and how we do it. We take responsibility for developing ourselves and others, and we share learning and best practice.

Accountability

We take personal responsibility and ownership for making things happen. We acknowledge our mistakes and see them as an opportunity to improve.

Integrity

We can be trusted and are always open, honest and transparent. We live by our values and do what we say we will do.

Bringing it all Together

This diagram shows how our values fit together with our vision, core purpose and strategic priorities. You can read more about these here.
