Charles Lilley

IT Director

Charles Lilley joined iPP in February 2017, he has had a long career in health which started as an NHS Management Trainee in hospitals in the south east. His work in the NHS culminated in being IT Director at Great Ormond Street Hospital. He then worked for two pathology systems suppliers – ITL Silicon Lab and ACT Medisys.

His career includes working in major consulting organisations including KPMG and Deloitte & Touche; holding a senior management role in a UK FTSE 100 specialist health software company; and setting up and running his own companies. He has also served as an advisor to Cabinet Office on modernising government and was an advisor to a serving prime minister on social exclusion.
